Losing weight is hard. It's even harder if you hate the way you look and have low self-esteem like I do. Over the past few months, I have been listening to the Slimpod from Thinking Slimmer in a bid to help me feel confident in myself whilst trying to lose those extra pounds.
When I would diet in the past it would be a struggle of trying to stay on plan whilst also seeing what goodies we had in the house and ending up eating the wrong things, a falling off the wagon.
That was a hard thing to go through. To feel disappointed in yourself but not able to do anything about it. It was like I had a habit, pushing my towards bad food. It was a habit that I just couldn't kick.
